Featured by Shutterbug Magazine for Boudoir Photography Education and Posing Techniques

Throughout my career I've always enjoyed teaching as much as photographing.

Because of that, it was an honor to have my work and educational content featured multiple times by Shutterbug Magazine.

Some of the articles featured topics that I teach regularly during workshops and mentorships, including posing, client comfort, plus-size boudoir photography, and creating dark and moody images.

What I appreciate most about these features is that they focus on something that has always been important to me.

The client experience.

People often assume the hardest part of a boudoir session is posing.

In reality, most people are far more concerned about how they feel in front of the camera.

Confidence affects every photograph.

When clients feel relaxed, comfortable, and supported, everything changes.

Their body language changes.

Their expressions become natural.

The photographs feel authentic.

That's why so much of my work focuses on helping people feel safe enough to let their guard down.

Whether I'm photographing a luxury boudoir session in Baltimore or teaching photographers at a conference, my approach remains the same.

Connection comes first.

The photographs follow.
